If till receipts stop printing out of the POS, but the yellow SubCard square is showing on your till screen, it may well be a problem with the SubCard software. Requests to print a receipt go from the till, through the SubCard software, and then to the receipt printer. This means that if there is a problem with the SubCard software, the request may never reach the receipt printer, and no receipt will be printed.

Follow the following steps;

  • Close SubShop.
  • Click on the green “S” icon on the bottom bar of the screen to enter Sublink settings
  • Check what is selected under "Printing Options"
  • If this has "Balance Only" selected, the till will not print full receipts. Change the selection to "All Receipts"
  • Open up SubShop again and test the receipts are printing OK
  • If the problem persists, you can re-install Subcard (see separate Knowledge Base item “Installing SubCard on POS”.
