The ''old style '' honeywell scanner ( the light grey one) isnt scanning the new subcard cards properly.
ive been told by Technet that this is because it cant scan the numbers on the card properly. The numbers are too big!
if you hold the scanner 12-15 inches away from the card it will scan easier as it can read the numbers properly.
