Printer checklist.


- restart printer

- check that there’s a network cable plugged into back of printer and into the network box. Make sure securely pushed in at both ends

- check the network cable is not damaged (ie the ends are not squashed or the cable itself has any nicks)


we will need to replace the Cat5 cable if it is damaged.


if the new cable doesnt rectify the fault then it will probably be a software problem.
