If your machine isnt pulling through the syrups properly then you should check the CO2 pressure on the dials on the apex / mixer machine. ( see pic)
the flat head top valve I am pointing too adjusts the pressure dial which had been loosened off and creates a drop in pressure resulting in the drinks not mixing.
