Apparently the pepsi drinks dispenser touch screen has a black cable that sometimes comes loose , this can cause the screen to go blank / black and not work.
the cable is under the drinks dispenser and looks like a black '' kettle'' lead. it connects back into a silver box located in the cupboard under the touch screen.
If the screen goes black its worth checking this cable hasnt come out. if it has just reconnect it please.
