error message E104 ‘’Over heat stats

Manitowoc have told me this is the toaster thermostat being tripped due to the oven overheating.
The toaster over heats due to the filter and vents being blocked.
There is a filter on the front of the toaster , and an air vent on the back of the machine that need to be cleaned regularly to prevent the build-up of dust and debris.
I would like to ensure this cleaning can be incorporated into the daily cleaning list for each store , and that the store managers are aware of the need to clean these filters , and vents.
I have included a pic of the error message , and a cleaning guide taken from the Manitowoc user guide to help the managers.
