Troubleshooting what causes an internet drop out ?

If it drops out again can you try the following troubleshooting, this should narrow it down to where the issue is.

VPN is down |
If the VPN is down this should only effect the Back Office PC as the POS is set to also use googles DNS server, if you set the Back office PC to use the Google DNS server it can stop it from connecting to the Happy Customer network.
