• Turn the player off and then on again
  • Check that no cables have been accidentally snagged causing them to come out for the music player or power sockets

  • If problem remains, plug headphones in to where the amplifier is plugged in and check if any sound is coming through.

  • If you can hear music through the headphones it means that there is a problem with the amplifier, so double check all cables and connections on that
