Check that no cables have been accidentally snagged causing them to come out for the music player or
power sockets
If problem remains, plug headphones in to where the amplifier is plugged in and check if any sound is coming through.
If you can hear music through the headphones it means that there is a problem with the amplifier, so double check all cables and connections on that
